The war has been declared between the giant Google and the social media titan Facebook. Nowadays it is the most discussed topic everywhere on internet. It’s pretty obvious that Google+ is a threat to Facebook’s ever-growing base of users. The giant Google is no longer afraid to take the battle into titan Facebook’s territory.
Jokes apart, last month Google launched its new weapon- Google plus against all the social media giants. The invites started to flow but were soon stopped when Google got overwhelmed with the demand. The notable features included Circles, where you could add friends and the huddle where many friends could video chat together. Google hit the gallery with more privacy options which have hurted Facebook the most.
Soon the internet got flooded with sites comparison with Facebook & Google + and suddenly everyone got worried how will Facebook going to tackle this situation! Considering the features being offered by Google+ like more privacy options and similar Facebook like looks, it is definitely going to a strong competitor for Facebook.
Interesting the internet was abuzz with the fact that Google+ has gained support of 10 million in just two weeks of its launched. That’s a huge success indeed when compared to Facebook’s 750 million supporters. But one thing that many people are missing is all of the 10 million people supporting Google+ must also be supporters of Facebook as well and some of them might still be continuing to do so.
After looking at this interesting battle scenario it can be concluded that at present it is difficult to predict the winner. Both Google+ and Facebook have their best. Google+ will find it hard to replace Facebook from its top position unless Facebook commits some blunder mistakes or leave a void for Google to take over. Let’s wait & watch who gets the cake!
