Las Vegas Come into Online Gaming

A Las Vegas company has agreed to surrender its gaming license for slot machines, after one of its owners ignored directions from the State Gaming Control Board. Champagne Cafe, 3557 S. Maryland Parkway, has signed an agreement with the control panel to resolve the complaint by giving up his license Dec. 18.

Ralph L. Guarino has been provisionally approved in March 2006, the personal representative of the estate of Charles Guarino, who was about 37 percent of a sales transaction. Ralph L. Guarino personally met about 37 percent.

A temporary permit was extended five times, but it expired March 18th. Ralph L. Guarino was sent six notices that he must renew the license, but did not respond. The complaint, drafted by Deputy Attorney General John Michela, said property was in possession of an unauthorized interest in Champagne since March against the law.

Guarino did not respond to the complaint. Then Thomas F. Ridolfi, president of C and T Inc. doing business as Champagne, signed a consent order admitting the allegations in the complaint and waive license slot machine.

The instruction says the complaint against Ralph Guarino and the estate of Charles Guarino unwanted, but the committee will register Guarino ever wondered if a gaming license again. The state Gaming Commission must still approve the settlement. Take so-many chances in playing game in Las Vegas.
